Infrastructure

 Infrastructure used to mean: roads, bridges, and ports.  Now it means every political power grab from soup to nuts.  Infrastructure is now the underpinning of control of the American society from daycare for children to the vehicles and roads that get them there.

 I'm old enough to remember when pronouns were pretty simple.  For males, it was he/him.  For females, it was she/her.  For a group, it was they/them.  Basically, that covered it. Bad Intelligence

  When there is a calamitous outcome, government officials have a catchphrase, and usually pass the buck.  Bad intelligence is the excuse made by the executive branch in blaming another agency or bureaucracy for giving misinformation.
